Why should I subscribe a plan?
By subscribing a plan you'll be able to access clients details and make proposals for their projects.
How do I send a proposal to a client?
To send a proposal for a project, you must be logged in with a valid subscription.
Then all you'll have to do is click on the make an offer button on the list of projects.
You'll be then redirect to the Make an offer form where you'll be able to describe your service, propose a budget and set a deadline.
How to submit a project?
To submit a new project, just click on "Publish a project" on the homepage.
Fill all the required fields.
If you have an account just login or signup if you are a new client.
You must validate your email then your project will be reviewed by our team before going live.
Can I cancel my subscription?
Yes. All subscription are without minimum engagement. Once you stopped your subscription, you account will stay live till its expiration date and will not be renewed.
Do you refund subscriptions?
We do refund subscriptions only if you didn't make any proposal for a project. If you've make a proposal and get access to a client details we will not be able to refund.
How do I cancel my subscription?
To cancel subscriptions you must do this directly in your PAYPAL account.
