Creation Of An E-commerce Website

For my jewelry brand I would like to create a new e-commerce website. We actually have a website based on "Big cartel" which works fine but in terms of design and UX we can't make big changes.

We would like to have a tailor made website with a custom design. The following features are expected :

1/ Home page with a slideshow, latest news and products
2/ Catalog of products with search engine, possibility to filter by price, categories (Necklace, Bracelet etc..)
3/ Detailed page of products with a slideshow for different pictures of the product
4/ Register page, Login page
5/ Shopping cart possibility to add promotional code, VAT calculation
6/ About Us page
7/ Contact Page
8/ Terms and conditions
9/ Privacy policy
10/ Customer account page so that they can access their orders and invoices
11/ Press releases

We would like to have a system that manages the stocks.

In the back End
We would like to have these functionnalities

1/ Management of customers
2/ Management of orders (Possibility to create custom invoice for specific orders)
3/ Product management (Text, Photos, stock, colors available)
4/ Categories management
5/ Promotional code management
6/ Press release par management (This must allow us to upload images from magazines where our jewelries are displayed)
