Looking For A Virtual Assistant

For our e-commerce website we are currently looking for a freelance virtual assistant to ensure our customer service.

The main missions of the assistant will be :

- Insert new products on our website (50 products/week )
- Reply emails from customers or supplier (approx 20 per day)

- Manage questions from our customers regarding orders, delivery and other queries through our chat system on the website

We are looking for a serious, organized and autonomous person.

The candidates must also be fluent in english.
